One clear process, two directions.
Whether your document is going overseas or coming from overseas, you deal with one team in Australia — and you always know what happens next, who does it, and what it costs.
- 01
Tell us about the document
Use the guided request or the overseas request form. Tell us where the document was issued, where it will be used, and what the receiving authority has asked for. A scan helps, but don't send originals yet.
- 02
We assess it properly
We work out the correct route — notarisation, apostille, authentication, embassy legalisation, or obtaining the document overseas — and check anything uncertain rather than guessing. For overseas requests, we confirm whether we can assist reliably.
- 03
You receive a written quote
Our service fee, government and embassy charges, and delivery are set out on separate lines, with realistic timing and what's included and excluded. Nothing is payable until you approve it.
- 04
We prepare and coordinate
We tell you exactly what to send and how. We prepare forms, coordinate notaries, DFAT, embassies and — for overseas documents — the issuing authorities, with support from our associated offices and partners overseas where relevant.
- 05
Track every real step
Your reference shows each status as it actually happens — documents received, lodged, returned, quality checked, dispatched. We never show simulated government tracking.
- 06
Delivered back to you
Completed documents are returned by tracked courier or your own prepaid envelope, with the courier reference recorded on your request.
Which direction is your document going?

Birth, marriage and police certificates, qualifications, powers of attorney and company documents that need an apostille or legalisation from DFAT.
Australian documents BOverseas documents you need while living in Australia
Documents from your country of origin — obtained or processed there on your behalf, coordinated from here.
Overseas documentsWe're not a government authority. We make working with them straightforward.
- DFAT issues apostilles and authentication certificates for Australian documents.
- Notaries public notarise private documents and certify copies for overseas use.
- Embassies and consulates legalise documents for their countries.
- Overseas authorities issue and certify their own documents.
- Apostille Express checks, prepares, lodges, coordinates, tracks and returns — and tells you honestly what to expect. Processing times and acceptance decisions are never ours to guarantee.
Your request, in one place.
Track any request with your reference. Clients with an account can see each document's progress, accept quotes, upload what's needed and message their case manager securely.
