Documents from abroad, handled with the same rigour.
Documents issued outside Australia usually have to be legalised in the country that issued them. Where a reliable arrangement exists, we coordinate apostilles, legalisation and certain document procurement abroad — always by assessment and written quote first.

Overseas document assistance, explained.
International assistance covers foreign-issued documents that need an apostille or legalisation in their country of issue, and matters involving several jurisdictions. We do not claim coverage in a country until an arrangement is confirmed for your matter.
Four steps. Each one visible to you.
Tell us
Country of issue, document type, where it will be used and what was requested.
Assess
We check the issuing country's process and whether we can assist reliably.
Quote
Written quote with fees, third-party costs and realistic timing.
Coordinate
On approval, we coordinate the work and keep you updated.
Quoted per service
Tell us about your document and we'll email a written quote, with our fee and any government or embassy charges on separate lines. Nothing is payable until you approve it.
Depends entirely on the issuing country and authority. We give an honest estimate with the quote.

Our role. Apostille Express is an independent, privately owned document assistance service. We are not the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), an embassy, a consulate or any government authority, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Apostilles and authentication certificates for Australian documents are issued only by DFAT. Embassy legalisation is performed only by the relevant embassy or consulate, and notarisation only by an Australian notary public. Government processing times and acceptance decisions are outside our control and are never guaranteed.
